I am Pournima (a.k.a Pam) . I’m a senior software engineer at Ciena, a part of the Stanford Lead Pathfinder cohort, and a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment. I wear many hats—technologist, writer, photographer, and mom—all while juggling life with my adorable golden retriever.

PowerChronicles is my passion project, born out of a deep desire to celebrate and uplift women. I want to create a space where women’s voices, achievements, and challenges are seen, heard, and truly valued. Whether it’s a leader breaking barriers in the boardroom or someone making bold moves in their everyday life, their stories deserve to be told.
